Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Relay, operated by JJR Technical Services LLC. By using Relay, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you can form a binding contract. If you use Relay for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

You are responsible for your account, its credentials, authorized OAuth clients, and activity performed through them. Keep credentials secure, request only necessary scopes, and promptly revoke access you no longer recognize or need. Relay may suspend access when necessary to protect the service or other users.

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Relay the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and transform that content to provide the service and fulfill your requests. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content and connected data you submit.

Agent Skills are procedural resources, not guarantees of a particular result. Each distributed skill may have its own license and attribution terms. Third-party skills, models, applications, and connected services are governed by their own terms. Relay’s routing, risk, and compatibility metadata is informational and does not replace your review of a skill or proposed action.

Do not use Relay to violate law or third-party rights; bypass authorization; distribute malware; exfiltrate secrets; interfere with the service; misrepresent identity or provenance; or perform harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or abusive activity. Do not attempt to expand a skill’s permissions beyond the tools and scopes you approved.

Paid features are billed under the order or plan you select. Except where law or an order says otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change or discontinue features and may terminate or suspend access for material breach, security risk, nonpayment, or legal necessity. You may stop using Relay and revoke integrations at any time.

Relay and distributed skills are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. AI and automated outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and require appropriate human review. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JJR Technical Services LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid for Relay in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms, together with an applicable order or written agreement, are the entire agreement about Relay. A signed order or negotiated agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a new effective date.
