Get support for Relay accounts, agent connections, MCP authorization, and Agent Skills packages.

Agent connection help
For Codex, Claude, or another MCP client, include the client name and version, the Relay MCP URL, the approximate time and timezone, the requested scopes, and the exact error. Never send access tokens, refresh tokens, passwords, API keys, cookies, or private skill content.
Package help
For a skill installation or digest issue, include the skill slug, immutable asset-version ID, package SHA-256 digest, host, installer version, and validation output. This lets us reproduce the exact package without guessing from a mutable catalog entry.
Account and privacy requests
Use the contact form for account access, billing, privacy, data export, deletion, or legal questions. Organization-managed records may also require action by your workspace administrator.
