Privacy Policy

How Relay collects, uses, shares, and protects information across the product and its agent integrations.

Effective August 5, 2026

Who operates Relay

Relay is operated by JJR Technical Services LLC (“JJR,” “we,” or “us”). This policy covers Relay websites, applications, APIs, Agent Skills packages, and the Relay MCP service.

Information we collect

We collect account and workspace information, content and files you provide, OAuth client and consent records, skill-routing requests and decisions, usage and billing records, support communications, and technical records such as device, IP address, security, and diagnostic events.

When you connect Codex, Claude, or another OAuth client, Relay receives the client identity, requested scopes, the Relay account you authorize, and—when you select one—the workspace identity needed to enforce access. Relay does not receive your password for the connected client.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Relay, route and deliver requested work, enforce workspace permissions, meter usage, improve reliability, prevent abuse, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and transfers

We may use hosting, database, authentication, payment, email, observability, and AI service providers under contractual safeguards. The providers used for a particular run depend on your workspace configuration and the tools you authorize. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where those providers operate.

Retention and security

We retain information for the time needed to provide the service, maintain audit and billing records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. OAuth access tokens are short-lived; refresh tokens and consent records remain until expiry or revocation. We use access controls, encryption in transit, scoped authorization, audit records, and security monitoring, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can revoke connected applications from Relay settings, disconnect providers, and request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Workspace administrators may control organization records. Some records may be retained when legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute resolution.

Children and changes

Relay is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service or law changes; material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice.
